DongGuang Ou' ruola Precision Plastic Products Co. Ltd. was founded in April 2006, located at NO.90,Dong bu kuai su road,Qishi town,Dongguan City,Guangdong Province,China. Based on professional mold design & manufacturing and precision injection molding, the company focuses on the development of plastic components for consumer electronics. We provide customers with one‑stop OEM/ODM services including product design, mold development, injection molding, spraying, vacuum metallizing surface treatment, laser engraving and assembly.
At present, the company is mainly engaged in mold opening, injection molding and post‑processing of plastic accessories for consumer electronics and medical products. To serve overseas customers more efficiently and directly, we set up an overseas marketing department in 2008, and our products have been successfully sold to markets worldwide.
Our plant covers 47,500 square meters (including 9,000 square meters at our Vietnam facility). We feature modern workshops and complete supporting living quarters for staff. Currently we have 650 on‑site employees, among whom over 80 are professional technical and management personnel. The company consists of multiple departments, including professional mold design & manufacturing team, domestic marketing department, project department, quality control department, production department, administration department, human resources department and overseas marketing department. With 20 years of technical accumulation and management experience, our company has built remarkable strengths in the design, development and manufacturing of high‑precision two‑shot molds, as well as two‑shot precision injection molding and material application.
We have independently developed integrated two‑shot injection molds, two‑color thread alternating core‑pulling structures and two‑color carrier‑plate alternating core‑pulling structures. Innovations in these three areas have solved several key technical challenges existing in the two‑shot mold industry. They deliver strong guarantees for customer deliveries in terms of mold mechanical mechanisms, repeat positioning accuracy and consistent stable production.
We have introduced advanced mold‑making and injection‑molding equipment from home and abroad, including Japanese MAKINO V33i, F3 and F5 machining centers, Japanese FANUC ROBODRILL machining centers, MAKINO EDGE3 mirror EDM machines and Sodick mirror EDM machines.
We own 215 precision injection molding machines, among which 71 units are two‑shot injection molding machines, including 25 large‑tonnage two‑shot machines ranging from 360 tons to 550 tons. Our facilities also include 3 advanced automatic dust‑free coating lines, 5 Italian Laser‑Work laser engraving machines together with screen‑printing and pad‑printing workshops, 2 fully‑imported large vertical double‑door vacuum metallizing furnaces, imported automatic spraying robots, and full‑automatic UV‑curing circular conveyor production lines.
In November 2017, we obtained ISO14001:2015 Environmental Management System Certification and ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System Certification.
